If I’m being honest, the way I feel about the ‘90s is comparable to the way certain Baby Boomers feel about the ‘60s. So, I feel super fortunate that I was allowed to help put this together.

@xrizz101x@river_dusty Also, can you point to even 1 other person in the history of the world who had this sort odd demeanor, where they didn’t have a childhood and as a result, as a grown man, they enjoyed sleeping in beds with kids but it was totally innocent?
@xrizz101x@river_dusty … what specifically about this video requires a normal person to conclude that MJ was nothing but a loving, pure-hearted person? The singing? The dancing? The smiling? What exactly is the connection between being a good entertainer and a non-creep?
@OliverJia1014 1. He trots this out most often in response to criticism (i.e. “its 4 kids so it doesnt matter if it doesnt make sense”); 2. There are 2 types of “kids stories”: a) for kids & kids at heart, & b) for kids (that most will grow out of). SW can be for kids w/out being Power Rangers.
@Ale29863961Yuri At best, doesn’t this just change the *timing* of the poor decision to have the remaining Jedi (who are in hiding) still walking around in (what are essentially) their Jedi uniforms?
@avielijahu@osgamer74 That seems to be a reason to conclude that the way people are actually using “atheism” / “atheist” is the way academics use the term…
@RomanIgla@osgamer74@DreadedNuance You can use terms any way you’d like, but if that’s what you mean by “agnostic” / “atheist,” you’ll essentially be the only one using the terms that way and you’ll be talking past most everyone.
@RomanIgla@osgamer74@DreadedNuance At any rate, the primary use of “agnosticism” is believing/defending neither theism (the view that God exists) nor atheism (the view that God does not exist). In regard to this primary definition, “agnostic atheist” is logically incoherent.
@RomanIgla@osgamer74@DreadedNuance Yes, 1 way to use the term is that agnosticism is the view that God’s existence is unknowable in principle. But it’s strange to admit “There’s no way to know not-x, but I believe not-x.” If x/not-x is truly unknowable; it’s unreasonable to take either position.
