@GAMEdigital your customer service is shocking. How do I call an actual human being over a complaint?! Your deliver is 8 days late on a 48hr PAID delivery. And the best part is when it turns up one of my items has been stolen in transit! Are you going to rectify this immediately?

@PlayStationUK I am sick to death of your incompetent staff hanging the phone up whilst putting me on hold after waiting an hour to speak to a manager. You’ve offered me a refund but yet refuse to actually send it. What is wrong with your company?! Why has this taken over 7 weeks
