Around 30 Welsh FY1s won't have their jobs finalised until 19th July. They currently have no rota, no named supervisor and no guaranteed location. How could this have been allowed to happen? The @UKFPO placeholder implementation risks losing doctors before they start training.

@RobLaurensonD4P @wesstreeting @gmcuk The current situation regarding placeholders by @UKFPO exemplifies this attitude towards doctors. Another year of poor workforce planning has left countless graduates in the dark with only 3 weeks to find accommodation and move across the country.
