I like Balogun. But chances at the end of the half and with ten minutes to go get finished if you’re truly a top end striker. Haaland is otherworldly, but even the level below that wins this game for the US. This match shows the limitations on the team with their current CF/ST.

Chris Richards is the defender every center-half should aspire to be in the States. Controlled, disciplined, always well positioned with his reading of the game. Uses his body well and a threat on every set piece, he’s a joy to watch defensively and is the key to the US defense.
