@markprodesigner My main gripe with this image and others like it is that they try to pitch different design skillsets/functions against each other.
The other issue is that they are clearly both user experiences... The original is clearly better in the rain 😂

The Kudos board is probably one of my favourite cultural rituals we have at Brightec, and it's brilliant that we can carry on using it so seamlessly.

Back in January, I led a retreat with some of our team to a beautiful house on Shoreham Beach to rebuild the Brightec website in a week.
