They have mortgage, title, escrow, and insurance capabilities wrapped around the transaction. Berkshire specifically talked about creating a more unified homebuying platform.

Sound familiar?

That’s exactly where the industry is headed.

I’ve been beating a drum for two years that consumers don’t wake up wanting a mortgage, title policy, appraisal, inspection, insurance quote, or closing package.

They want a HOME.

The future belongs to the companies that make that journey faster, safer, cheaper, and less stressful.

What real estate agents should be paying attention to?

The real disruption isn’t Ai.

The real disruption is the consolidation of the homeownership experience.
