Our panel on Best Practice DEI Models delved into the importance of fostering gender equity on boards, increasing women in coaching, advancing para-ability inclusion and behavioural impacts on DEI. The discussion not only addressed key challenges but also spotlighted the growing opportunities DEI offers for the future success of clubs, national governing bodies, and federations.
