@BatVibes Pokemon Crystal Clear does this. You can start anywhere in the Map and you can tackle any gym in any order. You can also allow it go give you a random starter. I started with Chucks gym and had to beat him with Jigglypuff and Shuckle! Second gym was the Ice gym etc

@xShephardx I really liked the Outer Worlds 2. It still has some of the daft humour of the first game, but in my opinion is much deeper and engaging writing. The story actually has stakes the player is connected to.
Companions are also really good.

@jake_theviking Its not uncommon for actors to have thoughts about their characters beyond the written page. Its just good basic character work. These thoughts inform the performance. Some actors are into this, others aren't. It's not a reflection of the writing but of the performer. And its 👌
