I have been against a TikTok ban for a long time, because it goes against freedom of speech.

That said, the current situation where TikTok is allowed to operate in America, but 𝕏 is not allowed to operate in China is unbalanced.

I worked there for the last two years and I've seen many things. I've seen a lot of issues, problems and sh*t which needs to get done, but...

What sets this company apart is its CEO, who listens to his employees and responds to messages. He even has his own status in the internal network for employees to provide feedback. I once messaged him with some ideas for CZ's principles, and he implemented them immediately, responding to me twice. You may refer to this: https://t.co/XpK5rmLhQ0

The part where CZ says: ,,I was asked about how much I sleep, dealing with jet lag, etc. So I added this section.'' - that was my message to him and he, indeed added it into it. Crazy right?

The fact that the founder of such a successful corporation still listens to his employees and is online for 20 hours a day made me even more motivated.

I could talk all day about how Binance surprised me over the course of two years, but I don't have enough words to describe how everything works there. Although there are some negative aspects, as with any large company (such as micromanagement), my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I NEVER SAW ANYTHING SHADY, ANYTHING THAT WAS DONE WITH BAD INTENTION. You would be so surprised how seriously Binance takes care of its users and their security.
