I’m not a runner. I ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday.

I’ve ran less than 10 miles in 2025 before yesterday.

Curious what else I’m capable of if I just put in some effort or even attempted it.

Starting in the trades gave me my start into developing and building properties.

It was also a source of my depression for years until I realized I wasn’t as “stuck” as I told myself for years.

I do the things I personally believe will bring me closer to who I want to be in the future and on a daily basis.

To realizing I'm free and I can do anything I want.

I risked it all. I bought property and built a house. Sold it.

Bought more. Sell.

Buying more now.

I'm not guaranteed any success beyond this point.

There are many failures mixed in this timeline and there will be more.

Biggest win?
