Not primarily writing for games, like he did not even review cup head to my knowledge, the clip he uploaded because he thought him being bad was funny.

@ammuff1t0 @SmashJT the actual reason is because his thing is not playing games, and he was probably actively talking and taking motes at gamescom, where he was also likely having long hour days. Was it a poor performamce? yeah. Is the situatipn overblown for nothing? also yes.

Open domian is the barrier of DE applied differently similarly

Even if he regains his rct his output is still decreased, but the 'on/off' can you rct binary is because of the souls stuff. This is how i read 258.

It a binary of can you/can you not do this thing and if you can, you can if you cant, you cant. Like sukuna learned wcs, but wcs isnt about output or smth, he just has to meet requirements of doing it.
