Thursdays: 7pm-8pm
Sundays: 9am-10am

If anyone is interested in the classes let me know I’ll book you on 😊

I also do football teams so if any mangers wants to bring there lads let me know it will be the same price as the circuits classes ⚽️😊

Some of you will already know his face but let me officially introduce you to Dan the Man 😊

Where do I start? I’ve been working with Dan for a while now and we first met when I was working at Burnley FC in the community on the disability project. When I left there and started my career in personal training Dan, along with his carer got in contact with me and asked if i could help him lose weight and get into a routine.

3 years on and he’s been at every session, gives 100 percent every time! We always have a great laugh together!

So proud of you Dan and how far you’ve come, you’re the heart and soul of the gym and I love having you around. Top man, keep up the good work pal 👍🏼💚
