@davidntracy How about cabin noise, as in wind, rattles, etc.? I can overlook lots of issues but cabin noise is a deal breaker for me and I remember at least the early versions of the R1 being quite noisy.

@TheNarrenschiff Full HR admin offload, like payroll, HCM, compliance with state-by-state expertise, talent recruiting/performance mgmt, etc. Agree it's less compelling without healthcare, but very small companies still need all the other stuff. And yeah can't believe it's this cheap.

@JohnHuber72 Are you worried about a loan book increasingly detached from deposits (CIT, SVB and now BMO)? Typically see that as more risky given it’s easier to pull deposits (or chase yield) without a credit relationship?
