For those who think scaling apps to 10k p/m requires a lot of work:
10m views converting at a 0.2% view to download rate (very low) is 20,000 downloads
20,000 downloads at a $1.50 (very low) user value is $30k
even if you averaged 15k views a post thats 8 posts a day
My user value went from $1 to $2.30 in 4 months doubling profit and revenue,
Marketing was the only reason i could do it
But without it marketing is a hell of a lot less profitable,
(Price only increased by $5 so no it wasn't 'just a price change')
I scaled my app to 35k a month in 4 months and it was easy
Organic is the best way to do so
I will now scale my app to 300k a month and it will be even easier, via influencer, paid ads and app value
A lot of people on here making building apps seem hard, it's not. Ask me anything.
@alexcooldev Why do you cap them at 20k a month each through organic? If it’s performing do you not want to set up the systems to scale it beyond that point?
Day 30/31 of building mobile apps till I make a million
it’s time for a pivot
Our audience isn’t as validated as we initially thought and the idea is falling much flatter than we anticipated
While some of would say push ‘through’
That’s not how any million pound product is built
So instead we are reanalysing and pivoting to where there is more demand
Day 29 of building apps till I make 1 million
First $13 made meaning we are 0.0013% of the way there lol
10 new users makes it our most amount of new users in a day
We keep pushing
Day 27/28 of building apps till I make 1 million
Most the weekend spent warming up accounts + posting a few videos
Looked into automation of our current concepts
Less done than anticipated but we move forth
Catch you tmrw
Day 24 of building apps till I make 1 million
On paper the most failed day with 0 new users or downloads
In my head the most successful day so much so we celebrated
I've learnt the most today from failing than I have from any other day
+ it's only up from here
Day 23 of building apps till I make 1 million
around 25 pieces of content went out today
amounting to around 6-7,000 views
with just 5 new users it isn't a great conversion rate, or great amount of views
we keep optimising
catch you tmrw
