There are a lot of reasons why I want to have money, but top of the list is so I can stop being an understanding friend. I mean, of course, my friends will be rich. I don't want to be the only baller. But one of the reasons I really want money is so that I can always take care of whatever is bothering my friends. Of course, your family is a given. When they didn't pick you from the roadside, 🫣 wallahi, it's hard to be a boyfriend, girlfriend, good friend, father, mother, whatever to people when you are broke.

Like imagine your friend having a problem and instead of the usual "reason with me" slangs, it's "well, God will do it. Take heart. It won't always be like this." You say, "ah, it's alright. I'm going to pay for your masters; you just get the admission. You seem stressed; I'll have my travel agent book you a trip to the Maldives. Just go have fun on me."
