The old rail was all out of shape and leaning in every direction. Duralock installed new few weeks back and we’ve had a few issues with the quality of the installation so just getting it fine tuned now really with the double rail ends today

Day off spent up at @TowcesterRaces with @dezzieuk1 adding a further 60 tonne of sand to the track, slight reshape/camber& harrow and then the thermal covers on ready for racing tomorrow

@swansalona1 @_MAP78 @TowcesterRaces @dezzieuk1 When I was offered the track consultancy it was top 3 on my list to get sorted just been an uphill battle with the condition the track was in to get it right in a short amount of time but we’ll be there soon hopefully

@Kooshykooooooo Possibly 4 meetings saved and you’ve covered the cost of the covers. These are 10 years old and still work so shows they last if looked after and you also heavily reduce the amount of salt needed on the track which means it won’t turn to snot when it rains like a few tracks have
