@apkarthistory The Tapestry was made for royalty. It was made by people famed for their needlework and is very long. It was made very soon after the invasion of England, so it probably somewhat historically accurate.

@apkarthistory Something I learned from the first part of the movie is that making it in the art world has to do a lot with luck. If Basquiat has been anywhere else, he could have never been successful.

@apkarthistory As a child JMBs mother took home to the museum often which sparked his passion for learning. When I was a kid I would frequently go to the Orlando Science Center and that fostered my interest in learning.
