If Nigerian troops rescued the late General’s wife and not that government paid ransom to secure her release, please where are the six other people in captivity with her? why are they not released? Is it because they are not trending? How did troops rescue only her and without killing or arresting a single terrorist? Is this another case of government paying ransom to terrorists and indirectly funding their operations like we saw in the Jangebe school abduction?
Until Nigerians begin to ask these critical questions, we are just celebrating while sitting on a time bomb.
