@AntonSchuler2 @__Real_JFK_Jr__ This is a myth that just won’t die. That woman got third degree burns and almost died. She initially only wanted her medical bills paid. And on top of that McDonald’s ran a smear campaign against her so successful that people still to this day defend McDonald’s in this

@JasonandKrisy @_melgibson1_ That’s cap. Thats cap AF

@ycelestrin An assertion made to oppose an idea. Addressing counter arguments makes your assertion stronger and demonstrates the level of research put into your topic

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin I think these can both be detailed in one statement about the meaning of writing style: specific strategies such as phrasing, grammar choices, and rhetoric the author utilized for their specific purposes, genres, and audiences.

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin I was thinking. Of doing it like an article in an academic journal, as I didn’t think my subject really lends to others. But now that I have a bit more understanding of the assignment I might try to think of different genre. Not sure now

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin To make a claim about a problem, then to present a solution and argue it

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin Make certain the author has proper credentials to be writing on the topic.

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin Comprehending the components that go into the paper. And the thesis. 😒

[Joshua @Joshua78440193]

@ycelestrin I chose peter hotez “a plan to fight the diseases of poverty” Mostly because I think the subject is fascinating. I also think I’ll be able to relate to it well to critically analyze it
