On May 18, my wife arrived 3+ hrs early at @TorontoPearson. After a long transfer from T3 to T1—on an injured toe—@AirCanada tagged her bag, then refused to check it, despite a 60-min delay.
Security took $100+ in goods.

I called @Aeroplan to cancel our upcoming reward flights. I explained everything and asked for a goodwill waiver of the cancellation fees, refund of the cash portions, and points reinstated.
The rep laughed and said: “Just take the flights and never fly us again.”
