@EASFCDirect fc 24 does not work at all and I have owned it since December and I have tried every troubleshoot shoot option available and it just does not work after the latest update on my xbox one. It just takes me to the FC white page and kicks me back out to xbox home

@EASFCDirect I own FC 24 as of December I have been playing it on my xbox one. Now after the latest update it just loads until the fc screen and takes me back to the xbox home. I have tried every troubleshoot option available and both EA and Xbox support are not helping at all!!
