If our cruise with @RoyalCaribbean is anything like the follow up on their customer service…we may be stranded. 4 promised call backs…not one has returned a call. They lost our payment and now having to take it up with our credit card company. Craziest series of events.
@AmericanAir shoutout to Cassie and the operations team at GSP. My son had left a game system on our flight about 10 days ago…we couldn’t find it anywhere, but the team had found it and kept it and were able to safely return it last night! Grateful for them!
