What gets me about Sisyphus in particular is he can quit anytime. He can accept shade status and stop with the rock and the hill. But no. He wants his living life back. The fool. Tantalus has no options. Prometheus ditto. Sisyphus chooses this.

@TastingHistory1 Big fan. Got your book for Christmas. Really love history (and food is also pretty good). Have you considered doing a run on Cajun food? Or maybe you have and I have missed it? Sojourned among them as a youngster. It is the best food on our planet, imo.

@BretWeinstein Conspiracies short-circuit Occam's Razor, you once said. Wise words. Conspiracies do happen. Ben Franklin pointed out that three can keep a secret if two are dead. The perpetual conspiracy theory that never lands is almost certainly fiction. The one that kills Caesar will out.
