@ArapTilingi ECD is a devolved function. TSC cannot hire their teachers. County governments are supposed to hire ECD teachers on P&P terms (with pension). The problem here is that every governor that comes into office has his/her own batch of ECD teachers (who campaigned for him) to hire.

@ArapTilingi For SGR, keep checking. In fact, check hourly or every 30 minutes. Seats become available. I once found a seat that way. Once in a while, they add a whole coach, making around 80 seats available in case of 1st class. Thank me later.
