I love going out with family and friends! Especially over a meal. Catching up, learning new things, talking nonsense and also talking on very sensitive topics but all in good fun.

Being part of the church has been a very big part of my life. I worked with young adults, youth, and also being involved in music. It has made me see life in a different light where poverty is in the mind. I don’t need to be RICH financially, but I can be RICH in giving.

During the previous weekend, I have personally witnessed how de currency of real networking is not greed but generosity. We had so much fun talking, knowing & eating DURIAN! LOL. De best part was where I saw the generosity from the organizers, Mr. Steve Wee & our host Miss Angie

Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength. I am a religious man but I never understood it until then. Now that I am going through another huge storm, I am calmer, more composed, more believing because I learn my strength is from the LORD!

It is awesome that one of the positive things that came out of the epidemic is that people started to see the importance of exercising but man is it tough & it hurts at times. I still remember the first time I did Tabata after a long time away from the gym. It was tough and hard.

Writing posts is not as easy as many people think. If you notice that many write about problems they face especially during this COVID -19. We should not just leave people reading our problems but give them peace of mind how we can overcome them together.

About 2 years ago people were already talking about having virtual exhibitions but it was not popular. However, NOW is it gaining so much traction!
Recently, I attended a meeting and hearing about how the exhibitions are being held here in Malaysia. It is AMAZING!

I know too personal preference for favorite foods is very subjective but I seem to like Tonkatsu (nearest to me would be Tonkatsu by Ma Maison) very much. So does my wife! :P
