His betrayal? Minimized.

His lost decade? Dismissed.

The only thing that seems to matter…is keeping the system intact so the resources don’t stop.

That’s not compassion.

That’s conditioning.

That’s reducing a man to a function…a provider that isn’t allowed to break, question, or walk away…even when the foundation was a lie.

Ohio County judge gets arrested but expects special treatment.

This is the wild story of Portage County Judge Rebecca Doherty, whose OVI arrest became a viral lesson in how not to handle a police encounter.

​After crashing her SUV into a ditch on a snowy night in Brimfield Township, Ohio, the "impartial" judge immediately tried to play the "who you know" card. From the jump, her behavior was anything but professional:

​ Almost immediately, she identified herself by her title, clearly hoping her status as a Common Pleas Judge would end the investigation right there. It does not stop there as she continues to name drop in her booking.

​ She was uncooperative during field sobriety tests and flat-out refused a breathalyzer.

Perhaps the most jarring part of the booking was when she asked for her phone, only for the officer to inform her it was currently sitting in a puddle of vomit inside her vehicle.

​ Throughout the process, she repeatedly demanded that officers "Call Larry," referring to a local county sheriff's office friend, appearing to expect a workaround to the standard booking procedure.

​Because she was a sitting judge, a visiting judge was brought in to handle the sentencing to ensure there was no bias.

She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended.

​ She served 3 days in a driver intervention program, paid a $375 fine, and had her driver’s license suspended for one year.

​Despite the public outcry and the viral footage showing her in a less-than-judicial state, Doherty eventually returned to the bench to finish her term after issuing a public apology.

​Does a "Judge" title mean you should get a pass, or should they be held to a higher standard?

Apparently, the NBA is okay with disciplining or firing individuals for speaking about Jesus or expressing how they feel as straight men, labeling it as a “rant,” while at the same time supporting and promoting LGBTQ and the trans agenda that many Americans do not personally identify with.

This is part of their “woke” agenda being pushed on us, along with the targeting of anyone who speaks out against it.

They’re trying to send a clear message that if you don’t align with their agenda and viewpoints, there will be consequences that affect your livelihood.
