Not booking ever again!
-Tried to upgrade to Business Frankfurt - Lagos, put in a Queue and promised to be seen to, person unavailable, tried again onboard, person forgot until mid flight... stuck for 1 hours to change return ticket, still unresolved, cut me off twice

@lufthansa what a shambles... I was about to pay 260€ then the lady got cut off (Lufthansa side) she held the position in the system , when speaking to the next representative... She told me €4000 because the other ticket has been held in the system

@lufthansa shame as all the good things are tarnished by the very bad customer service, Ryanair look after customers better.

Still on the phone to them... I am trying to give them money, another annoying thing is they email you telling your there are charging ports on the flight. And there was not. This is why I wanted to pay 4 business, I guess that won't have them either based on my experience so far
