Do you think we should just ban prediction markets? I’m pretty libertarian on vice issues but my goodness. Beyond just not seeing any real utility from betting on the news, I don’t see how one can actually regulate insider trading when so many people can easily manipulate the variables.

1, the study measures capacity for empathy not allocation. Caring more for “rocks” did not mean they cared less about family.

2, really proving the point that so many conservatives in this thread unironically think “what, you care about like, things on this planet? Plants? What? Are you saying we live in an interconnected system?”
