@CramerEcramer Fighters should listen to the lawyers who represent them as Class Counsel, not others who may be confused or may not have their interests at heart.
Plaintiffs believe the evidence in the case shows that all fighters in the class had their bout pay cut due to the alleged scheme. All of the class members, including the most prominent, will receive payouts from the case if there is a favorable judgment or settlement.
Even if you're a rich guy who heads a corporation, this should give you pause. If you support and help an authoritarian demagogue, how do you know he won't turn on YOU some day? Are you sure you can always stay on his good side?
Well, that was something I didn’t expect. Biden not only owned the room, he owned the argument for his agenda as Speaker McCarthy sat helplessly watching Marge & company barking and howling at the Biden moon while making a fool of him and House a Republicans. #StateOfTheUnion

@COSAL_Antitrust@BCAppelbaum Such an important point: We need judges who are sophisticated in economics to protect the market, including by enforcing the antitrust laws.
An important and timely article from @BCAppelbaum. Effective antitrust enforcement requires more than just government regulators who believe in the dangers if corporate concentration. It also takes judges who understand competition economics and policy.

Terrific, thoughtful deep dive by @antillaview about forced arbitration. Some point to the success of some mass arbitrations, SEC action & legislation on sexual assault as solving this problem. I argue we need to do MUCH more!
