@NOLA_Fredo @skooks The mystery of who is the traitor. I just don’t see how it’s Dune without those things. I liked the changes to Chani’s role, and I liked them making the Fremen less monolithic. I just don’t understand the changes they made, replacing interesting things with more action scenes?

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@NOLA_Fredo @skooks Yeah, I get that, but many things left out or changed were essential. The dinner party scene from the last movie, the ecological stuff from both, the “I was a friend to Jamis” scene, a single MENA actor in a speaking role, robbing Liet-Kynes character of any moral complications.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@skooks I think the point (of the books at least) is that nobody ever really wins the Dune.

VIDEO OF LATE AARON BUSHNELL WHO PASSED AWAY

Aaron Bushnell, 25, has passed away.

Graphic footage shows the U.S Army soldier set himself on fire as a show of Solidarity with the Palestinian cause in front of the Israeli Embassy.

He shouted: "I will no longer be complicit in genocide."

His last words were "Free Palestine."

May he RIP 🙏🏽

@skooks This is the weaker argument against this kind of law. Cruel and Unusual is a hard standard to meet legally. The better argument is that it’s a status crime, and that the homeless have no real choice in the matter.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@skooks No. We can’t skip until Carnival is over, but after Mardi Gras it’s okay.

@JortsTheCat You need to talk to the human who types these out for you. Cats and birds are mortal enemies.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@juliepoptart Rude (to ska).

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@chaotic_sub Yes, also if your bestie goes through a serious breakup.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@TychoBrahe Man, how much did you guys pay Stephen Silver? Midjourney owes you guys the same amount. I say this as a fan, looking at another artist’s work and figuring out how to make work in that style for free is an essential part of art.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@skooks @vodkasnowflake Agreed. But he somehow missed that.

[LunaPlethora @JoshuaPlethora]

@skooks @vodkasnowflake I think the purpose is to pump his metrics because he’s convinced himself that matters more than anything else. He’s very simply not this stupid. He’s just stupid enough to think his Twitter metrics matter.

@whstancil Can’t tell if you’re really this stupid or if you just think everyone else is stupid enough to believe this nonsense.
