@davidlois_uned Cloud seeding blocks the sun from creating clouds. Clouds are where rain comes from. Always a blue sky. Then streaks from planes fill the sky's. Within a few hours the sky and sun disappeared. Always cloudy but never rains... cause the clouds are fake...
