@JagexSupport Yes the appeal was denied because I could not see the evidence so I was unaware that my account was compromised and so it wasn't taken into account in my appeal.
This makes my appeal useless. Thanks anyway, sounds pretty shit if there's no recourse whatsoever 😂

@JagexSupport I have an acc that it accessed by someone else bk in 2012. It was perm muted but I didn't know why. I assumed that it was my fault and appealed it as tho I said smthg dumb as a child. It was denied and now see the evid, know it wasn't me. Can I get help with this?

@JagexSupport Thanks for your answer. I have done this -but I did it without realising that my account was compromised at the time and hence that the evidence wasn't actually me - so my appeal was not accurate to reality. Hence why I reached out here, so it could be looked at correctly 🥲
