@AudiUK can someone please call me about a complaint I lodged last week? I was told I would receive a call either yesterday or today and I haven't heard anything. For a 'premium' manufacturer your customer service is terrible.
@British_Airways Anyone in your call centres? Our flight was cancelled for the 30th May. We need to rearrange and get a refund as the flight you offered is not suitable. I have tried to call but can't get through to anyone and just get cut off without managing to talk to anyone. Unnaceptable.
@EaseeOfficial Hi, the supplier who installed our Easee charger is no longer in business. Our charging point is now offline, could you please help me get it back up and running?
@SkyHelpTeam been with you for 3 months and our WiFi hasn’t lasted 5 hours without dropping at least once...even after 3 engineer visits, 2 openreach visits and a now a new router. Which also doesn’t work. I’m moving to @Virginmedia
