@virginmedia I’ve just had a call saying it’s now going to be 6 to 8 weeks longer. Surely you could help on this. Our charity now has no way of being contacted

@virginmedia Just, that’s the next available appointment. So no internet fo 20 days which could hurt our charity

@virginmedia No not really. But what i discovered that Virgin can cancel my BT service but not reinstate it. So now our charity will be forced to by a sim modem for 2 wks. Great use of funds - not!!
