@MattModderno Agree 100%, I think he sees stuff just a tad late right now(that’s okay). Once he matures it will come together like you said.Just a question, what do you think of him as an off-ball player right now?
@MattModderno I think people need to understand too that this team going from sub-20 win seasons and even making like a 15-20 win jump is substantial. This is a process
@GregFinberg@KeithSmithNBA Pretty sure they did the same thing with Vuk right? And they were able to get a deal done so this isn’t like a let’s panic thing.
@OBtoojiveforyou@rochaser1967@WonzoTV Yeah I get it, who knows tho they could immediately use those picks and flip them for someone right now they desire.
@OBtoojiveforyou@rochaser1967@WonzoTV Yeah I get it, fascinating to see how this stare down goes between the Wizards trying to extend AD, what AD wants, and what the Warriors are willing to offer to pry him away from the Wizards.
@OBtoojiveforyou@rochaser1967@WonzoTV Totally understand, me personally I’m ok with taking that step back for this upcoming year. Those Warriors first are so valuable plus as soon as next offseason the Wizards can use this surplus of draft assets to get someone more to the timeline of AJ and the young core.
@Wiz_Weekly It’s crazy I’ve seen a lot of the expert love this return. Tbf, they did squeeze everything out of the Wolves besides McDaniels. Charlotte basically saying the play/run with Lamelo was fools gold.
@Wiz_Weekly I can see this being a proactive move tho, especially if their price is met. Last season was probably the most consistent and healthy Lamelo has been in probably his entire career. Again, if your price is met this could be a sell high opportunity.
@OBtoojiveforyou If you give Trae Young 4 years/212 mil and you have both AJ and DP close, fit could be the determining factor. I have a feeling John Wall know a little something too lol.
