In summary, dealing with @MazdaAus has just been a nightmare. The cars are not that good and their customer service has just been pretty poor. My advice, just do not buy any of their cars.

Sent them videos, emails, phone calls, verbal explanations... One time they asked me for an explanation on what an issue was when I provided them the explanation in the body of the email! Unreturned phone calls, need to follow up on them for responses...
