I started a fitness page 6 days ago with zero audience, zero ad spend, and an AI persona nobody had ever seen before.
here’s what I actually did and why I think this is the most underrated growth loop in AI right now.
my brother and I (jokingly) built a transformation tracking app. it uses AI powered photo analysis to track your body composition over time. progress selfies, intelligent comparisons, the whole stack. monetized through in app subscriptions. simple product, real utility.
but the product wasn’t the bottleneck. distribution was.
so I built a content system around it.
created an AI girl persona. “Jennifer,” 38 year old fitness creator, building herself, progress over perfection. gave her a full identity. bio. voice. aesthetic. backstory. attached her to the app as the face of the brand.
then I plugged in Larry.
if you haven’t used Larry yet it’s an AI skill that handles autonomous posting and scheduling. think of it like an agentic content operator sitting inside your pipeline. you feed it assets, give it a cadence, and it handles distribution on autopilot.
hooked up a few API keys to build a custom automation layer on top. not even necessary honestly. I ate an edible that night and just started wiring things together at 2am because I couldn’t sleep. half of it was overengineered. but the core pipeline? content generation into Larry for scheduling into autonomous publish into app funnel. that’s it.
grinded out the first batch of posts. transformation content. POV hooks. the kind of short form that stops the scroll. “POV: you changed your entire life in 2 years.” emotional, visual, relatable. drafted everything up. hit post.
then I went to sleep.
woke up the next morning to $476 new MRR from app subscriptions and one video sitting at 4.3M views.
3 posts. 2,278 followers. from absolute zero.
let me be clear. $476 is not life changing money.
but here’s what is.
I built a system. an AI persona with a real identity, a transformation app with real utility, and an autonomous content engine powered by Larry that posts, distributes, and funnels while I sleep.
this isn’t a one time hit. this is a repeatable, scalable machine.
you don’t need a face. you don’t need an existing audience. you don’t need to post manually every day.
you need a persona, a product, a skill stack, and a pipeline.
the entire AI influencer plus app ecosystem is wide open right now. most people are still arguing about whether AI content is “ethical” while builders are quietly printing MRR off autonomous distribution loops.
I’m going to scale this to 10 personas across 10 niches running the same system.
if you want to see the app and how it works link’s in the bio. go follow
the skill stack is the new distribution moat. and we’re just getting started.
Was on vacation just got back or I would've updated yesterday.
$21,000 MRR unlocked 🔓
Sadly would be around $30/35k but stripe did what stripe does best 15 days in.
If CreatorCore isn't at $1M+ ARR in the next 120 days I'll give it away.
Be back next week. Keep building.
Just about 60 days into building CreatorCore.
Over 360+ active paying plans.
$18,000 MRR.
60 days ago I had never built, operated or ran any software in my life.
No x larping
No spam tweeting about it
Just pure organic growth with approx. 15 videos posted between ig, TikTok & reels.
Same day we broke $17k MRR… was the same day I got into my first car accident.
Why?
Because this game will always test if you’re built for it.
Business goes up. Life hits down.
Your character is what stays steady in both.
Keep building. Keep driving forward.

Hi I'm jack. 30 days ago, I launched CreatorCoreAi a platform helping AI models and influencers create content.
I had:
•Zero experience with Claude or Cursor (lol I'm a newbie)
•No clue how to handle NSFW payment processing (stripe removed us, migrated everything over to a Phyziro)
•Imposter syndrome, heavy
But I kept shipping.
we just crossed $12,000 MRR.
I’m not an expert. I’m learning in public and that’s the point.
If you’ve built something similar or have thoughts, I’d love your feedback. Criticism is loved <3
Build in public.
@jwturner022@barsinmuzz Owned one, garbage car. Comfortable isn't something anyone buys a "supercar" for.
Reliability also shouldn't be a factor.
C8 is neither comfortable or reliable my friend.
@isaiahjcook You are taking the wrong approach here.
You can flex your 30k in cash (actual poverty) but fact of the matter is your green urus should be burned on fire bc every "internet" kid in MIA has been in this thing.
