Today, while meditating with practitioners in South Korea there was no transmission, only grace.
Such moments are rare, and when they descend, they are a blessing for us all.
May we remain open, humble, and grateful for such moments.

The Guru depends entirely on the love and devotion of those they guide and hopes only for their inner transformation. They do not consider themselves to be helping anyone. They serve with love, without seeking name, fame, or money. Having reached the highest levels of spiritual consciousness, they have the capacity to transmit pranahuti, or yogic Transmission, which supports the seeker’s inner transformation.

Today, on Guru Purnima, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for our Global Guide, Daaji.
When Daaji became the fourth Guide of Heartfulness, many of us wondered what kind of Guru he would be.
But have you ever paused to wonder how he felt? How did it feel when people suddenly began addressing him as Master, Guruji, and by so many other reverential titles?
In a conversation, Daaji shares his thoughts on stepping into this role and what followed...

Somebody asked me a profound question: How and when do we find our Guru?
As I answered, I found myself reflecting on how I found mine.
Looking back, I can say that the person I am today is because of my Gurus' guidance, grace, and constant love. Today, and every day, I remember them with deep gratitude.

As long as you are pleased with the lesser, you cannot have the highest. Whatever pleases you, keeps you back. Until you realize the unsatisfactoriness of everything, its transiency and limitation, and collect your energies in one great longing, even the first step is not made.
Have you ever paused to ask yourself: “Who am I?
Much of life is spent searching for answers in the world around us. But what if the journey begins by turning inward and discovering what already lies within?
Heartfulness meditation helps us connect with the purity, peace, and divinity at the core of our being. As we deepen this connection, we uncover our true nature and gradually evolve into the best version of ourselves.

Glimpses from my time in Mathura, the sacred birthplace of Lord Krishna.
Mathura is not a place that can be fully appreciated through the outer eyes alone. Its true beauty and divinity are experienced through the heart.
Through Heartfulness meditation, the heart becomes quiet and receptive. In that stillness, the sacredness of Mathura reveals itself, not as a concept, but as a living experience.

The world often celebrates what is visible, yet the greatest changes happen in silence.
As the heart is purified through love, humility, and sincere Heartfulness practice, it becomes a channel for something greater.
From that inner flowering, service arises naturally!

The Sanskrit word “Namaste” literally means “I bow to you.” This first exercise uses the familiar Namaste greeting to cultivate inner awareness of your connection with others and your environment. It allows love to radiate from your heart in a more conscious way.
The idea is to greet others with the word “Namaste” to honor and acknowledge the higher Self within them. This simple gesture opens your heart to the pure essence of all beings. Whether practiced silently within your heart or expressed while greeting others, it expands your awareness from human to humane to divine.

Satsangh, the company of truth, works on laziness the way sunlight works on ice. When we are with someone who is on fire with purpose, we remember our own flame. The fire spreads and moves from one heart to another without words or instructions, just by being close to each other.
This is why traditions stress the importance of getting together, being part of a community, and being with people who are awake. It is not because we cannot walk alone, but because walking together reminds us why we do.

Heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu ji for her inspiring message on my latest book, “Holy Tirthankars.”
Her thoughts reflect the spirit of Heartfulness, a journey of harmony, love and human transformation. May these timeless teachings nurture collective consciousness, compassionate leadership, and service to humanity.

Ethical intelligence is not just about knowing what is right or wrong—most of us already know the difference deep down. It is about making wise choices in every moment of every day. It is reflected in the things we think, feel, do, and choose not to do. It is in the implementation of ethics that we discover character.
Ethics and character also encompass our duty and responsibility toward ourselves and others—known in Yoga as dharma.
You are what you are every moment of your life, but you are never conscious of it, except, maybe, at the point at awakening from sleep. All you need is to be aware of being, not as a verbal statement, but as an ever-present fact.
Our minds are always racing, aren’t they? But the heart—it’s quiet, simple, and full of wisdom. Meditation helps us move from all that thinking to just feeling. That’s where clarity lives. Inside us, not out there.

By all means be selfish — the right way. Wish yourself well, labor at what is good for you. Destroy all that stands between you and happiness. Be all — love all — be happy — make happy. No happiness is greater.
Forgiveness is to offer no resistance to life - to allow life to live through you. The alternatives are pain and suffering, a greatly restricted flow of life energy, and in many cases physical disease. The moment you truly forgive, you have reclaimed your power from the mind.
