This means providing verifiable data on whether the bread actually stays fresh for up to two weeks, alongside a comprehensive toxicology report proving its safety for human consumption.

​Instead, you merely tested for a predetermined percentage of known preservatives. This entirely overlooks the possibility of alternative chemical agents or novel preservatives not yet standard on NAFDAC’s radar.

​What you have published is not a scientific investigation, it is simply a public relations stunt for BON Bread.
