Congrats to $LIB $VLTLF on the $95 M in financing. This is more than funding Freedom 1 & 2. It’s fuel for the execution machine they’re building.

The company is now saying customers representing ~20K TPA of demand have taken samples and qualified lithium produced at Freedom Launchpad in Texas.

Now do you see why it’s called Launchpad?

Total pipeline: 100K+ TPA LCE demand, with more customers waiting for samples.

The headline is up to $95M in project financing. But the bigger story is what the size of the proposed facility and lender confidence suggest: a financing framework that can be repeated as LibertyStream converts demand into offtakes and offtakes into Freedom plants.

Management has been clear about the order:

Offtakes → build capacity to meet those offtakes.

And there appears to be a LOT more demand than near-term supply.

My speculation: I would not be surprised to see a significant new offtake come next. Let’s just say something like 6K–8K TPA where to land. Something of that size lands sends a ripple through the rest of the customer pipeline:

Get in line now, or wait for capacity.

When demand materially exceeds available supply, early movers can have a major advantage in securing volume, scale and timing.
