September 30 will be the 3rd National Day for #TruthandReconciliation and the 10th annual #OrangeShirtDay. We recognize the legacy of Canada’s residential school system and continue to learn its many truths. Join us in wearing an orange shirt this Friday to honour the survivors, victims and their families.

In June 1944 he was deported to #Auschwitz from where he was taken to other camps. He was liberated during a death march from Muhldorf.
