it's better to try and fail, than to fail without trying💕

[Dustin Yu @dustinyuu]

Hi! I’m doing a film right now, nasa lock-in taping ako and walang halos signal. I was told that I’m being dragged regarding something I commented years ago. Nung una, I didn’t really mind cos I’m more focused on the good days, plus I’m very much happy with my life right now. But I decided to speak up for the sake of my loved ones, while making sure to do so with respect for the LGBT community.

I just want to make my statement clear.

I replied to a comment on that account maybe around 5 years ago as a joke and simply to interact with people who were tagging me. Wala akong ibang intention behind it.

I know what I meant when I said it, and I won’t let someone twist an old interaction into something it was never meant to be. I’m sharing this simply to set the record straight.

Moving forward, sana mas piliin na lang natin maging positive and kind. We may not always agree or understand each other, but I hope we can choose to be kinder instead of creating stories that can hurt someone.

And to those who continue to drag me, I genuinely hope you find something else that brings you happiness and makes you smile. I hope you find happiness that doesn’t have to come at someone else’s expense. 🤍

Hi! I just want to say na I truly appreciate all the people who helped our kababayans na nasalanta. Ang gaganda ng puso niyo, and I’m genuinely so proud of you, lalo na bilang mga taong patuloy na sumusuporta sa akin.

Mag-ingat kayo palagi, and I hope you continue to extend your kindness and help to others. Salamat sa inyong malasakit at kabutihan. Sobrang grateful ako na nandiyan kayo. Salamat at meron akong kayo. 🥹❤️🙏🏻

Sinold out niyo at NFT! 🥹

Deserve niyo ang masayang celebration dahil the best kayo. 🤍

Thank you for making that day so special for us. Love na love namin kayo, DustBia!

It’s a new season, a new era. Don’t let the thief of comparison that lingers in the past steal the joy of being alive today. We have so much to live for, so many reasons to be joyful and too loved to be bitter. Life is meant to be lived in the present. You got this, focus lang!

As the lights finally dim on our anniversary celebration, these photobooth moments of 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 feel like the perfect final page of our first chapter. We often look at the milestones, but tonight we look at the reason behind them all.

This community wasn't built out of thin air. It was carefully woven together by the same love and the same silent prayers we’ve all carried for these two since the very beginning. 💛
