Today is the hearing in the High Court of Karnataka in the case:
Nikita Singhania vs State of Karnataka (CRL.P/0002467/2026)

Nikita and her family have approached the High Court of Karnataka seeking quashing of the FIR. Once again, the system that #AtulSubhash questioned so openly is being tested.

Today is not just a court date.
Today is a test of faith.
My brother #AtulSubhash repeatedly spoke about the flaws in the system. He said the laws were being misused. He said justice was getting buried under procedures. He asked one question again and again - “Will truth ever matter?”

And today, as this matter comes up before the High Court of Karnataka, that same question stands in front of the judiciary.

Atul believed in the Constitution.
He believed courts are the last hope of a common man.
But he also exposed how painful and one-sided the process can become.

He said “Justice is due.”
Not revenge. Not hatred.
Just justice.

Today, we ask -
Will the High Court examine the facts with fairness?
Will truth be heard beyond narratives?

This is not about one person.
This is about every man who feels unheard.

If justice is due - let it be delivered.
If truth exists - let it be seen.

Today, all eyes are on the High Court of Karnataka.

Let the system prove that justice is not biased and justice is not just a word…
but a living reality.

A 33-year-old woman identified as Soni, married to Anoop Kumar (36) for the last 17 years, was traced by UP Police after she allegedly eloped with a 28-year-old man from Saharanpur on January 7.

Her husband filed a police complaint on January 8 claiming abduction. A police team located Soni and brought her to the police station on January 11 for legal formalities.

During this process, her husband allegedly opened fire inside the police station premises, leading to her K*lling on the spot.

The accused husband was taken into custody immediately, and two police personnel were suspended for negligence. A departmental inquiry has been initiated as the incident raises serious concerns about security checks, frisking protocols, access control, and overall safety inside police stations.
