@AmericanAir We had a flight from Indianapolis, IN to Hartford, CT that ended up a nightmare! Flight delayed, (understandable) none of the vouchers issued (for transportation, food and hotel) worked, and for the 2nd time flying with AA we ended up sleeping at the airport. Why?
