@C_ompounding @fitbit They deactivated my Charge 6 in May and have not issued a refund as promised
I get the same customer support spiels they provided me an invalid refund reference number and all I’m asking is to reactivate my watch so at least I can use it to check the time and date. @fitbit
@fitbit I bought a defective Charge 6, in May 17 you guys deactivated my watch and gave me an incorrect Payoneer reference number
I have been begging you many times to just reactivate my watch we’re just going on circles you are not issuing a refund
@FitbitSupport Why did you immediately deactivate my smartwatch if you hadn’t processed the refund yet? You said it would take 5-7 business days, but it has turned into 3 weeks. It’s been more than 3 weeks, which is why I’m following up
@FitbitSupport I messaged you yesterday and you still haven’t replied. You keep giving me the runaround, yet you haven’t processed the refund. If you have, I need a screenshot. Payoneer is asking for it.
@PLDT_Cares nagrequest ako ng transfer Nov.16 naka ilang tawag at follow up nako. Nangako pa ang TL dyan sa call center nyo nung Friday na tatawagan ako within 24 hours.. nga3na ang move out ko dito sa condo. Anong nangyari sa 5-7 business days nyo?
