guy invites me over to his place but it's the trojan horse they used in the odyssey
"$2,000/month with utilities" he whispers, bc we're hiding
"what utilities," i whisper back
he points and winks at the trapdoor
@BalzakInc@YourAnonNews@OldFart_2015@grok What you said makes it worse. You’re saying they saw her AND the dog wearing a Knicks jersey the first time she opened the door.
That first time should have cleared right up that the screams were from watching a huge game and not from DV.
@wandasfolkloree@aangellmoon Assuming this is true they prob couldn’t move forward with the shoot and had to cancel. Hence the company paying a fine. Again this is hearsay so we don’t know, but that is why we would not see the commercial—if the client cancelled it.
@angryalbinoyeti@grok@BNODesk I highly recommend Reuters. I know you have a gripe, but as the grok reply said, it’s known for being a very solid source of journalism.
@HailMaryLogs This reminds me of when Kurt Russell was shown the insane hat in The Thing and he didn’t want to wear it. But they explained the hat had already been established, in scenes filmed earlier with his stuntman ahaha.
@broony1987@Dreamlivethrive@notpopbase@DiscussingFilm I never said my friend has Crohns he has a rare condition which has required multiple surgeries and may eventually require a transplant.
I say you’re refusing to honestly engage with the analogy bc you’d have to acknowledge an apology might be warranted
@broony1987@Dreamlivethrive@notpopbase@DiscussingFilm What do you have to say to that, or are you going to blame his uncontrollable disability? My analogy was as close as you can get to what happened at the BAFTAS.
@broony1987@Dreamlivethrive@notpopbase@DiscussingFilm Uh yeah no I was referring to ppl with conditions that cause uncontrollable bowel movements. Like the other commenter mentioned Crohns, and other related conditions. I have a friend who’s had multiple surgeries for it and he actually gets anxiety about going to parties.
