Remember all those DOJ subpoenas going after major gender clinics/doctors? What ever happened with those?

Well, they're all being shut down by left wing judges.

In the case of QueerDoc (radical gender doc selling hormones in Washington) Judge Jamal Whitehead, said DOJ investigation into billing fraud was "pretextual" (i.e. misleading, concealing real intention) because QueerDoc uses "superbills."

This is completely insane because QueerDoc's article talking about using false billing codes (Endocrine Disorder, E34.9, instead of Gender Identity Disorder) is still up!

And billing fraud can still be committed using superbills. These are when a doctor provides insurance claim information (i.e. diagnosis codes) to their patient and the patient submits to insurance for out-of-network coverage.

But the doctor is still the one providing the billing codes on the claim and therefore liable if those diagnosis codes are fraudulent as in the case of Endocrine Disorder being used on gender patients.
