That is the nightmare Nora Rowland is living through right now.
Her 75-year-old father, Robert, lived in Conway, SC. He was a vulnerable adult suffering from Parkinson’s and a brain injury.
Nora lived in Maryland but Face Timed her dad every single week.
Suddenly, communication dried up. Becoming deeply worried, she drove all the way down to South Carolina to check on him.
When she pulled into his driveway, the front door had been changed. A Ring doorbell camera was newly installed.
She pressed the doorbell. His caretaker, nurse Sarah Smalls, answered through the camera with devastating news: Robert had passed away three days prior.
But it gets worse.
Nora discovered the nurse and her family were already living inside the house.
Weeks before his death, the caretaker had been named power of attorney. She then executed a quitclaim deed, transferring Robert's entire home to herself for just $5.
Bank statements later revealed money was being funneled from the father's account into the nurse's account even after his death.
The county Register of Deeds stated their office only checks if the paperwork meets basic legal requirements, not the motives or ethics behind it.
Now, a grieving daughter has been left with absolutely nothing, fighting a massive legal battle to challenge the deed and reclaim her family's home.
The Conway Police Department has officially launched an investigation into the matter.

The driver who kiIIed a 9-month-old baby in NJ while driving without a license is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Guatemala, DHS confirmed to us.

She was RELEASED into our country by the Biden admin in 2023. She received a FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL just one month ago.

Maria CobonGuzman was driving while unlicensed when she hit a mother pushing a stroller in a grocery store parking lot, kiIIing the baby.

The young mother and her 5-year-old child were rushed to the hospital and are in stable condition.

The baby boy sadly did not make it.

CobonGuzman has NEVER BEEN LICENSED. She’s now facing manslaughter charges among other charges.

Another woman, Ariadna Lazaro-Flores, is also facing charges for allowing CobonGuzman to drive the car while knowing she didn’t have a license. DHS confirmed to us that’s she’s ALSO here illegally. She came here illegally in 2023 and is a Mexican national.

I have heartbreaking news out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A White husband and wife who ran a small towing business were BOTH sh0t and k*lled at work by a Black male...

...over a car.

They leave behind a 12-year-old daughter they had JUST ADOPTED less than 8 months ago.

Their names were Mike and Mary Moore, they owned Mike's Towing in Tulsa.

On Friday morning, police say a group of three people showed up to get a vehicle that had been repossessed.

A dispute turned physical inside the office. Police say one of the men, Darius Jones, pulled out a gun and pointed it at Mike.

Mike drew his own weapon to defend himself and his wife, sh0ts were fired.

Police say Jones sh0t both Mike and Mary, but before Mike went down, he managed to sh00t Jones in the arm.

Mary passed away right there at the scene and Mike passed away later at the hospital.

And Jones?

He was treated for his arm, released from the hospital... and is now charged with two counts of m*rder.

Earlier this year, Mike and Mary opened their home and their hearts and adopted a 12-year-old girl.

They chose her.
They gave her a family.
A mom and a dad.

And now she has neither...

You won't find this story in the mainstream media.
There will be no protests for them.
No monuments to them, no laws passed in their name.

But they DESERVE to be remembered, they deserve to have their stories told.
