Personal Views on the "Acquisition of Stargaze" Proposal：
1.The Cosmos Hub community pool should not spend any funds to acquire Stargaze. Instead, Stargaze should abandon its independent chain and unconditionally migrate its protocol to the Cosmos Hub. Once Cosmos Hub's smart contract functionality is activated, a selection process called the "Sovereign Summit" will take place, during which numerous innovative NFT teams will deploy NFT cross-chain protocols on Cosmos Hub.

2.The Stargaze acquisition proposal requests an investment of 3 million $ATOM (equivalent to $15 million USD). This is an absolute failure as an investment for Cosmos Hub because it would take 50 years to break even, let alone generate profits.

3.If any validators vote YES on the Stargaze acquisition proposal, they must provide solid justification to convince their delegators beforehand. Otherwise, users may distance themselves from irresponsible validators.

4.The Cosmos Hub community pool must be spent wisely. Every investment should yield tangible benefits for $ATOM, with priority given to initiatives that can quickly increase the price of $ATOM.

5.The most important investments for the Cosmos Hub community pool should be high-frequency trading DeFi protocols, preferably those that support cross-chain settlement and smart contracts, such as Hyperliquid-style protocols.

6.When Cosmos Hub's smart contracts go live, the Bad Kids team should migrate BK NFTs to the Cosmos Hub's NFT protocol, aligning with the majority preference of BK NFT holders.

1、Cosmos Hub社区池，不应该花任何钱收购stargaze。而是stargaze应该放弃主链，无条件将协议转移到Cosmos Hub链上。因为当Cosmos Hub智能合约功能启动时，将透过名为“Sovereign Summit”、"主权高峰会"活动选拔，此时会有无数的优秀创意NFT团队，在Cosmos Hub部署NFT跨链协议。
2、stargaze收购治理案，要求约300万枚 $ATOM (等值1500万美金)投资，这绝对是Cosmos Hub失败投资案，因为50年也无法回本，更别谈获利可能。
3、stargaze收购治理案，若有验证器如果投下"YES"，最好必须要有充份理由先行说服节点用户，否则用户将远离不负责任的验证器。
4、Cosmos Hub社区池，要花在刀口上，每一项投资案要对 $ATOM 有实质利益，能快速拉高 $ATOM 价格为优先。
5、Cosmos Hub社区池，投资案最应该投资高频交易的DEFI协议，最好有跨链清算、合约，例如：Hyperliquid 协议类型。
6、Cosmos Hub智能合约启动时，建议 Bad Kids 团队应该将BK NFT转移到 Cosmos Hub 链上的NFT协议，这是大部份BK NFT持有者意向。

一文理美国降息带来的影响

对美国降息的解读可谓冰火两重天，一派认为降息后有更宽松的货币环境有利于美元资产继续上涨（包括Crypto），一派（尤其是国内自媒体）将降息解读为美元霸权的终结，归类为中美货币战的决战，美国已经骑虎难下而我们泰然自若（这是他们的原话)。

降息到底是有利于上涨还是下���其实属于玄学了，降息并非纯粹利空，加息并非纯粹利好，本轮牛市就是在加息周期中发动的。核心，还是看加息或者降息是否影响资金动向，资金去哪里，哪里就有牛市。话说国内这几年都属于降息的过程，你看到股市或者楼市暴涨了吗？并没有。

加息也好，降息也好都是调控资金流向的手段，而已。

2020年3月以来，降息+QE，这两个手段引导货币向全球漫灌，抬高全球资产，开启所谓美元潮汐。之后进入加息周期，美国以AI为噱头拉高股市、高息为诱惑搞出套利空间，俄乌战争及其他动荡为恐吓，多管齐下，全球资金回归美国，由此完成一轮收割。

所以，再回顾一下，加息也好，降息也好，都是调控资金流向的手段，本质是中性的。

那么问题来了，本次降息会对资金流向产生什么影响？

首先要回答的是，是否不降息美国就要崩塌和沦陷。���照国内自媒体的说法，美国加息就是冲着中国来的，有的人说要拉爆中国，有的人说要恶劣中国的进出口环境让我们经济更加萧条。说实话，这些说法有点扯，加息让资金回归是美元潮汐必然的手段，不然怎么完成收割的动作？这里解读为冲中国来，我觉得相当之扯。至于说美国到底有多骑虎难下，也不好说，无外乎就是高利息让政府每年1/3的税收都拿来支付利息了。讲真，这个骗小孩子我觉得还可以，“负债”这种东西，不永远是多多益善的么？这特么不是左手倒右手的事情？就算负债50万亿又怎么样呢？就是这个事，你和没欠过钱的人说没意思，在国内的观念里面，负债是非常可怕且可耻的事情。包括他们在讨论地方债的时候，也觉得这是一座巨���，要压垮国内经济，你可知，相比负债，还有大量的投资资金不知道投啥。

所以，就算持续加息其实美国也死不了，没那么可怕。那如果没过降息呢？是不是如他们所说意味着美国投降了，没有完成收割。我真的很打脑壳，怎么看出来美国没有完成收割的？合着资金没有回流美国，美国本土又在加息，那美股和BTC拉盘的钱是天上掉下来的？

刚才已经说了AI为噱头拉美股、高息为噱头搞套利空间（日本加息事件证明）、俄乌战争搞动荡恐吓，美国从2022年到现在搞了这么多事情，就是让2020年撒出去的钱回来。这个动作，已经完成了美元潮汐的收割。根本不存在什么投降、认输、美元霸权地位动摇之类的说法。

写到现在，我可真佩服国内自媒体那个侃啊。

那回归正题，既然保持高利息也不会死，降息也无所谓，那如果降息到底会怎么影响资金流向？

其实降息是个双刃剑，一方面，降息会终结套利空间。这个很好理解吧？日本利息低，美国利息高，自然要想办法从日本借钱存美国去赚差价。一旦美国降息这个差价就不在了，同理日本加息这个差价也不在了。

套利空间终结会引起另一件事，引发美元资产的平仓。日本借的钱自然日元还，但是你赚差价的时候要把日元换成美元资产，要还钱的时候自然要卖掉美元资产换回日元。所以，一旦降息就会引发套利资金平掉美元资产然后回归自己的国家。这个动作一方面会引发大跌（都在卖），另一方面会让市场上的资金在很快时间抽走。

所以，从短期看，降息一定会让资金从美元计价资产离开。另外，日元加息其实也变相印证了这件事，就是全球套利空间会慢慢变无。这都套了2年了，也赚麻了，哪儿有一直让你套的。

但是，降息也会让货币环境变得好，从长期看还是很舒服的。但仅仅的降息其实是客观环境改善，比如我国这几年都是降息的���态，你听说过谁大规模举债了吗？并没有，因为人们只有有利可逐的时候才会举债。如果一个男生，房价没涨，自己也没老婆要娶，正常情况会负债去买房吗？不会，一定是有好处才会去负债。同理，美国进入降息周期本身并不是牛市的发动机，需要配合QE这种主动出击的方式才会疯狂拉盘。

所以，如果降息引发了暴跌，还需要等待QE或者其他利好，才能让市场扭转颓势。

话说，就算美国金融暂时陷入熊市，真的不好吗？当你把中美关系理解为对抗他们就是对抗，当你把中美关系理解为合作他们就是合作。中美之间不一定非要是你死我活的状态，这都21世纪了，还用三国演义的视角非要灭国看世界格局就太幼稚了。

对国际资本而言，他并没有国籍概念的，他只管逐利。放眼全球，只有中国的股市还是低估，地产也经历大跌，资金从美国溢出后去到中国也未必不可。

看下人民币对美元的汇率，可能又要往6走，这意味着人民币的升值。当下人民币处于汇率低点，股市和楼市也在低点，美元处于汇率高点，股市和楼市在高点，那在这个位置借出美元换成人民币资产然后等人民币及人民币资产升值可行吗？
如果你把汇率周期拿来看，你会发现二者一直处于相反的状态。2018年3月开始，人民币到达最高点之后开始一路贬值，而楼市最疯狂的时候就在18年，用楼市锁住资金借出人民币换成美元及美元资产。

就这两片土地成为全球最大的两个优质资产，左边炒完炒右边，周期正好相反，不香吗？
