The insurance industry is a great example of this. Most men are in president/CEO positions and they look at certain women as how you hear about with some men in a power positions. & vice vera.

I’ve had 10 employees and 110 employees, as a manager you have more obligations to the employees than the company! If you’re a true manager 1/2
